Parkhead Walkabout

Wednesday 6 June 2012 at 7.30pm at the Pumphouse (HQ of the Dudley Canal Trust), Peartree Lane, Dudley,

This event doubles up as one of the Society`s summer evening walks and is led by the IA Group. The walk explores the complex of waterways at the southern end of the Dudley Canal Tunnel, the Brunel designed railway that bisects them and the legacy of the mines and ironworks they served. Meet outside the Pumphouse, Peartree Lane. 7.15pm for prompt 7.30pm start.
