By coach to Renishaw Hall "As beautiful as any in England". Resplendent in acres of beautiful gardens and woodland sits Renishaw Hall, the family residence of the Sitwell family since the early 17c. Over the years the beauty of the estate has attracted and inspired the famous and infamous alike. The great literary trio Edith, Osbert and Sacheverell Sitwell were all influenced by the grandeur of this magnificent house and gardens. Italienite gardens, lakeside woodland, avenues, a national collection of yuccas.
