Sensible footwear is advised for the walks. Every effort is made to ensure
that the distance can be covered within a maximum of 2 hours, but every walk is different
and each leader has his/her style of walking and talking.
Please assemble where indicated, wet or fine at 7.15 for a 7.30pm start. A-Z references are from 3rd edition, other editions may differ.

Bilston Ramble

The first walk of the year takes us back to Bilston to continue our exploration of this interesting town. The ramble will take us to the south and south-west of the centre. Parking is available in Walsall Street Car Park.

It's a Long Way to .... Oldbury

In the centenary year of the first theatre performance of the Tipperary song we follow in the footsteps of its composers in a town with another First World connection - the tank. The walk begins in Church Street at the Big House, with a chance to see and hear about the Civic Plate (or regalia) from the towns of Sandwell. The walk will end in the cells of the old Courthouse where aftwerwards you can buy a drink at the Court of requests.
